Designed for event hosts who are holding reception-type events in a rented facility. A valid liquor permit or license must be in place for service of alcohol.
Coverage: Commercial General Liability, Host Liquor Liability, Tenant’s Legal Liability ($500,000) & Non-Owned Auto.

Events with live entertainment OR sports DO NOT qualify for this policy.
Note: DJ’s are not considered as live entertainment
For events with LIVE ENTERTAINMENT or SPORTING EVENTS, please submit a Special Events Liability Application.
Once you make your payment a certificate of insurance will be issued and e-mailed to your address.
We offer limits of liability from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 with a $500 deductible (some exceptions may apply).

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT WITH THE VENUE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR SUBMISSION AS ANY CHANGES AFTER POLICY ISSUANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 FEE AND / OR ADDITIONAL PREMIUM.
